SATURDAY 17TH OF SEPTEMBER – From 10:00 am to 07:00 pm
When you arrive, you must collect your bib in the dedicated room which will be indicated. GDP : Lac de Lapalud
You will receive :
>> Two bags for your transition stuff
>> 2 numbered bibs
>> Numbered labels to place on your bike, your helmet, your 2 transitions bags and your personal bag (max : 20L)
>> 1 Head / Hommunity hat to wear during the race. This is mandotory.
>> 1 electronic timing chip
BIKE AND TRANSITIONS BAG DEPOSITS
You must drop your bike on Saturday durind you one and half hour slot :
>> Your bike only, with numbered label already set up (don’t worry, the bike park will be guarded at night)
>> The bad with your running gear, which will then be transported by us to T2
>> It is possible to leave a spare bag “after race” at the entrance of the bike park. A baggage truck will be in place. These bags will also be transported to the arrival at the Mont Serein station. Remmeber to identify your bag with the numbered label provided ( Max : 20L)
On the morning of the race :
>> Referees will check your bib with the three attachment points 6 labeled helmet at the entrance of T1
>> The bags will be collected after your departure on the bike race. Under penalty, pease do not leave anything outside the bag (wetsuit, glasses, hat, etc).
VENTOUXMAN EXPERIENCE

SUNDAY 18TH OF SEPTEMBER – From 6:30 am to 8:00 am

BIBS COLLECTION ACCORDING TO YOUR TIME SLOT.
You will receive :
>> A transition bag for your running gear to be dropped off during your bib collection. On Sunday, bags must be deposited before 7:30am
>> 2 numbered bibs
>> Numbered labels to be places on your bike, your helmet, your transition bag or personnal bag (max : 20L); The referres will check your number with three attachments points + helmet labeled)
>> 1 electronic timing chip
