Can we follow a runner?
Competitors are prohibited from being followed by any vehicle, whatever it may be, that is not part of the organization.
What roads are closed to traffic?
Residents affected by road closures will receive a letter in their letterbox before the event.
Will there be a pre-race meal and/or post-race finish meal/refreshment?
There is no arrival meal but you will have traditional supplies upon arrival.
When are the awards presented?
The awards will be presented on the day of the event. You can find the schedules on the program available a few days before the event.

Where can I find photos of the race?
You can find your race photos the same evening on the Photorunning website https://photorunning.com/
Where can I find the results of the race?
You can find the results of your race from the results link at the bottom of the home page.
Is it possible to follow a runner during the race?
Yes, you will be able to follow the runners according to the different timing points on the course.

Will changing rooms be available?
Unfortunately, there will be no changing rooms at the start and finish of the event.
Is there a locker available to drop off your bag before departure?
A bag locker will be available at the start site to allow you to leave your personal effects before the race.
ATTENTION, only bags with a maximum volume of 20 liters will be accepted.
Will showers be available upon arrival?
There is no shower upon arrival.
What happens if I arrive after the time limit?
If you arrive after the time limit, the organization will invite you to stop the event.

How long before departure time do I have to show up?
We advise you to come 30 minutes before your departure.
Will there be starting waves?
There will be waves of departures depending on the number of registrants. First in, first out, if you get to the starting line early enough, you can leave in the first waves. Don't panic, your time will be counted down when you pass under the arch.

Is there an exhibiting village?
An exhibiting village will be open on Saturday from 07:00 to 19:00, and on Sunday from 10:00 to 17:00. You can find more information about the exhibitor village on the program available a few days before the event.
Are there car parks for campers?
There is no parking provided for campers.

How do I get to the event?
To get to the event we advise you:
By train 🚄:
- From Avignon station, take the train direction Monteux
By bus 🚌:
- From Avignon bus station, take line 5.2 in the direction of Pernes les Fontaines
When will I get my bib pickup card?
You will receive your bib number card a few days before the event. If you did not receive it, you can also download it by going to your registration area.
Can I get my bib in the mail?
We do not send bibs by mail.
What is my bib number?
Your bib number will be assigned to you when it is collected.
Can I take someone else's bib off?
It is possible to collect the bib of another participant upon presentation of a photocopy of their identity document and their bib collection card.
What documents do I need to present to pick up my bib?
To pick up your bib, you will need to present:
- Your ID
- Your bib collection card (which you will receive by email a few days before the event or which you can download by going to your registration page.)
- Your medical document (see Medical Documents section)

How do I change my registration?
- If you want to change your personal information (address, emergency contact, telephone, email...) you can go to your registration via your registration confirmation email.
Attention, you will not be able to modify the fields: name, first name, date of birth, gender and email. If you want to change them please contact us.
- If you want to change course, this is possible within the limit of available bibs.
- From a race to a race with lower mileage no reimbursement.
-From a race to a race with higher mileage, payment of the difference according to the current rate.
For the change deadline, please consult the rules of the event.
Please contact us via the link below and indicate:
Your name, first name, date of birth, registration code, registration code, course on which you are registered and the course on which you wish to be registered as well as the mention “I accept the conditions of change indicated in the rules of the event”.
You will receive a confirmation email when the change has been made.

What is the list of mandatory equipment?
How does the timekeeping system work?
Timing will be ensured by a device at the bib number and/or with a chip on the ankle depending on the event. Each competitor must install their bib and/or chip provided by the organization as indicated, without making any changes. Electronic controls will be installed on the course. Competitors who are not registered at these checkpoints will be automatically disqualified.

How do I transfer my registration to someone else?
Bib transfer is possible (see deadline in the “Cancellation/modification of registration” section); no transfer will be made on site.
To transfer your bib to another person, all you need to do is:
- Go to your registration via your registration confirmation email
- In the “Transfer My Bib” section enter the email address of the person replacing you
The person replacing you can then register by paying for the registration (current rate) via the transfer email that they will have received.
Refund: transaction fees and 4 euros in file management fees will be removed from the reimbursement of your registration fees. It will be completed once the registration of your replacement has been registered. You will receive a confirmation email.
For a relay event: to cancel the registration of a relay operator and replace it with another:
- Go to your registration via your registration confirmation email
- In the “Transfer My Bib” section enter the email address of the person replacing you
For relay teams, the substitute torchbearer does not pay for registration, so there will be no refund for the replaced torchbearer. Attention: your relay team must be complete. If you cancel a relay registration without replacing it, your registration will be deleted.
How do I make the cancellation guarantee work?
Insured: anyone who has subscribed to the cancellation guarantee at the time of registration.
Guarantee of acceptance: an accident, a serious illness, inability to practice running. It is necessary to provide a medical certificate signed and stamped by the doctor attesting to the contraindication to participate in the race.
Indemnification condition: any request for reimbursement must reach us accompanied by the medical certificate, no later than - see date on the payment - (in the “Cancellation/Modification of registration” section) at Extra Sports — VentuxMan — 107 rue Bechevelin - 107 rue Bechevelin - 69007 Lyon.
Refund: the transaction fees and the price of the cancellation guarantee will be retained from the price of the race.
What are the solutions in case of cancellation?
If you have subscribed to the cancellation guarantee, you can make it work. You can find the details on this subject in the rules of the event in the “Cancellation/Modification of registration” category. If you have not subscribed to the cancellation guarantee, you can transfer your registration to another person if you know someone who wants to participate. We Allow It But it is mandatory to report it to us. To transfer your bib to another person, all you need to do is:
- Go to your registration via your registration confirmation email
- In the “Transfer My Bib” section enter the email address of the person replacing you
The person replacing you can then register by paying for the registration (current rate) via the transfer email that they will have received.

How do I postpone my enrollment to 2027?
Anyone who subscribed to the “report 2027" option only at the time of registration will have the possibility to request a deferral of their registration for the 2027 edition of Vassouxman. The report will only be valid for the 2027 edition over the same distance or a shorter distance. Request to be made by email via the contact form before the date indicated on the rules of the event.
How do I send my medical receipt?

What document (s) do I need to present to validate my registration?
For triathlon events:
- Please enter your license number, or sign up for a daily license when registering.
For the 10km:
- Please enter your PPS license or certificate number when registering. You can do it by following this link: PPS certificate
Can I register on site?
It is possible to register on site within the limit of available bibs. Rates will be increased. In order to prepare for your race more calmly, we advise you to register online.
Is it possible to register several people at the same time?
Yes, it is possible, once the first registration is registered, simply click on “Add a registration”, so you can make a global payment for several registrations.
How do I receive my registration confirmation by email?
You received a registration confirmation email when you registered. If you did not receive it, please send an email to contact@ventouxman.com
